The state bodies established to support social justice and fairness for all have been dismantled in a matter of months. Combat Poverty Agency is muzzled. NCCRI is abolished. The Equality Authority and the Irish Human Rights Commission cannot function properly.
What’s worse, many representative groups are afraid to speak out in case they too are silenced under the guise of recession economics.
